Below is a list of questions commonly asked about our products. 

1. Is the hardware really free?
Yes, with the Bronze package the hardware is free. You can choose between three other hardware packages, giving you a choice of the best package for your home or business. You can always purchase additional hardware as needed.

2. How much does shipping/handling cost?
Upon credit approval, we will ship you the PeaceKeeper hardware for FREE.

3. What do I do if my hardware appears not to function properly?
Please consult our Trouble Shooting Guide for solutions to the most common problems. You can always call us toll free at 1-800-951-5111 for help.

4. Will the credit check show up on my credit report?
Yes, the credit check that we perform to determine your credit worthiness for our service will appear as an official inquiry on your credit report.

5. How long is the term contract?
The contract is only a 3 year contract commencing on the date product is shipped to you. This agreement will automatically continue for successive two-year renewal terms unless the Customer or Company gives written notice of cancellation to the other at least 60 days prior to the end of any initial or renewal term.

6. Who provides the monitoring service?
All monitoring is performed by Protect America.

7. Who will install my hardware?
The PeaceKeeper wireless system comes complete with a self-install kit. If you find that you need assistance installing your hardware, call us at 1-800-951-5111 and we will walk you through the installation process right over the phone.

8. Where is Protect America service available?
Our service is available to all residences and businesses anywhere within the Continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
